Gotcha is a fun party game where players attempt to catch other players not doing things that are or are not suppose to be doing all while not being caught themselves. Players will have to do silly things dictated by the cards and keep tabs on what others are suppose to be doing. See someone not obeying their cards and you yell Gotcha.
