FridgePong is a simple game, in a simple box, using simple rules with a simple warning that we give to you: don't play this on your fridge! Unless you want scratches and dents all over your fridge, we suggest you find a different magnetic surface to play this game on. While the cup magnets might prevent scratching (providing you don't miss), the heavy darts will be sure to create quite the "whack" when they hit. We were surprised the strong magnets didn't shatter on impact. Some bounced off but according to the rules this still classifies as a correct hit.
If you like a carefree game of darts then you'll enjoy this game. We liked how simple and compact everything was. Two darts, 20 cup magnets and the rule book come with this game. Players can play with the magnetic cups in the standard "pong" formation (like billiard balls) or you could customize your playing field however you'd like.
The concept of being able to quickly assemble a "dart board" where ever (like a fridge) is clever but due to the above warning don't know how effective this perk might be. It carries the same nostalgia as a regular game of Pong with a dart throwing twist.
We wished we could say more but there's not much else to say. FridgePong is a fun little game that will get your friends heated up with competition.
