Embrace your inner cow in Herd Mentality, a social deduction family party board game with a straightforward mission: synchronize your answers with the rest of the herd. The game kicks off with a random question—such as "What's the largest fruit you could fit in your mouth without chopping it up?" Each player clandestinely jots down their response. If your answer aligns with the majority, you win cows. However, if your answer stands alone, you'll be saddled with the Pink Cow, rendering your herd worthless—unless you can offload it to someone else!
The Question Wrangler reads aloud a card, prompting each player (including the Wrangler) to write down their answer in secrecy. Answers are then revealed one by one, starting with the Question Wrangler. If your answer matches the majority, you earn a cow and expand your herd. However, if your answer is unique, you're stuck with the Pink Cow as your punishment. The only reprieve is for another player to become the odd one out in a subsequent round. While holding the Pink Cow, you're unable to win the game, regardless of the size of your herd. Though you can continue to collect cows, they hold no value until you pass on the Pink Cow to another player.

Hello, I have a question about what happens to the pink cow if two people are not responding with the majority answer. Does that cow stay with the person that already has it if one of the two people that doesn’t give the herd answer? Does it go to the other one for some reason/rule? Do you just not give anyone points? Ex: 5 players, three say red, one says blue and the other says yellow in response to a question. So if a red currently has the pink cow, who does it move to of the ones that had the not-herd answer? If blue or yellow have pink cow, who now gets it when they both have non-herd answers? Thanks for helping me to understand the rule here. Sincerely, Tanya
