What happens if the player leading plays a black card and every player after that also plays a black card? Who takes it? (ie. In a three player game if player#1 plays a mad rage, player #2 plays a change rage, and player #3 plays an out rage what happens?)

My friends and I play that whoever is dealing makes up a rule for that hand before players look at their cards and before they know the trump color. The rule cannot directly benefit the dealer (ex. Dealer gets 50 bonus points). Be creative.
