How To Play Viticulture

Players in Viticulture take turns assigning workers to carry out tasks during the different seasons of the year. In the spring, they plan their worker's schedules by choosing whether they want them to start early for the advantage of acting first, or to sleep in for extra bonuses. During the summer, players assign workers to perform actions such as planting vines and building structures that help improve their vineyard. In the fall, they welcome visitors to assist their workers. Finally, in the winter, workers are tasked with harvesting grapes, making wine, and fulfilling orders.

Viticulture is a popular board game designed for 1-6 players, published in 2013 by Stonemaier Games. The game is set in the fictional world of Tuscany, Italy, and players take on the role of wine makers, competing to produce the most wine and build the most successful vineyard. The game mechanics include worker placement, resource management, and set collection. It is considered a medium to heavy strategy game, with a play time of around 90 minutes.
