AdVersity is an original and hilarious game in which you'll take those iconic ad slogans that were once paired with one product and use them to sell something completely different. It is all about the creativity of matching well-known slogans to unexpected products, and these are sure to have you in stitches for hours.
In AdVersity, teams try to guess which product each slogan fits. A dollar is awarded with every correct guess, but if you happen to have the wrong answer, you could lose way more than you'll ever gain. The goal is to be clever with your slogan choices and persuade others that your pairing makes sense.
Relive some of the best TV commercials in a whole new way as you work your way through this wild and unpredictable game. Whether you love classic ads or are just looking for a fun new party game, AdVersity will keep you entertained from start to finish.

Use your creative wits to earn AdVersity Cash and be the first ad agency to hire 1 Spokes Animal, 1 Spokes Person, and me, Max Madison, (and I'm not cheap).

Perparation: Give each player – now referred to as an "agency" (because if you’re serious about this advertising business, you’ve got to act the part) – the following: 1 Voter, 5 Ad Slogan cards, $100,000 AdVersity Cash.
Appoint one player to play the part of the banker. He will be playing just like an agency but shall have the control of all the money. Choose well, and don't choose anyone who has shifty eyes or sticky fingers.
Game Play: Place the deck of Product cards face down in the middle of the play area and turn over the top card. Each Product card lists four different products your agency can choose to sell. If you don't recognize these products well, you are too young for this game—please leave the table (kidding, maybe).
Each player chooses one Ad Slogan from their hand to match with one of the four products on the Product card, laying it face down in front of them. Once you've placed your slogan, you can't change it-so you'd better make it count. Your goal is for other agencies to guess which product your slogan was for. Every slogan in the game is an actual advertising slogan, and you’ll be using it to advertise a totally different product—get creative! The youngest agency starts-always remember, youth is master in advertising. The Advertiser reveals his Ad Slogan card, reads it out loud, and places it beside the Product card. Then, the Advertiser turns his Voter wheel secretly to a display of the product number and places it facedown.
Other agencies guess in by circling a product number, dial their Voter wheels, and then submitting their vote upside down. All that is required is knowing your target audience for it to go through.
Once all agencies have guessed, the Advertiser reveals what the correct product was, reads the slogan with the product, and tries to sell everyone on it as the best ad ever. The other agencies pop their guesses, and then the pay-off happens.
The Advertiser gets $100,000 for every agency that has guessed right. Each of the agencies which have guessed right gets $100,000. Round 1 is complete when all agencies have had a turn to present.
If all agencies vote for the wrong product, the Advertiser is fined $200,000 for misleading advertising. Integrity in advertising is important. just kidding, but seriously, no one likes a flop.
After each agency has taken its first turn, in which they must use an Ad Slogan card, they immediately draw a new one to replace the one they used. Until one agency earns enough cash to win, gameplay continues with a round starting left of the first Advertiser to go.
And hear this: if you're not loving your Ad Slogan cards, you can always swap them in at the start of each round for new ones from the deck. Sure, it'll cost a small $100,000, but the added fun will be totally worth it!
If you have the cash when your agency has finished its complete round, you may hire a SpokesCelebrity by paying the amount shown on the card to the bank. Be careful, however, because hiring a celebrity can also leave you a little short of cash. If you land on a Big Flop, you may be forced to "release" a celebrity at a loss to pay your penalty.
The first agency that hires 1 SpokesAnimal, 1 SpokesPerson, and ME—Max Madison—is the winner of the best advertising mogul title. In case of a tie at game's end, agencies go on to a "Play-Off" round and present new advertisements, vote YES or NO for each other's creations. Whoever has the biggest cash wins after the Play-Off.

Depending on where you live and the time frame you grew up this game may be completely irrelevant to you. I found that I had never heard of most of the answers - maybe I need to watch more tv.
