Cluedo is a wonderful board game that takes on the ideas of the original Clue game. This is one mystery that you'll love to solve again and again. In the game of Cluedo there is a party going on with all the normal guests. The host has been killed and you must frantically move around trying to figure out who did it before the murderer strikes again.
Accusations will be flying like crazy in the game of Cluedo. Make a few of your own to hopefully uncover the scandal that everyone is whispering about. For all you Clue board game lovers out there, check out Cluedo for a new, updated board game of fun.
Cluedo (also known as Clue in North America) is a popular board game designed for 3-6 players. The objective of the game is to solve a murder mystery by correctly deducing who killed the victim, in which room, and with which weapon.
At the beginning of the game, each player is given a set of cards that contains the suspect, weapon, and room cards, and one of each of these is randomly selected and placed in a secret envelope, which represents the solution to the mystery. Players take turns rolling dice and moving their token around the board to different rooms, where they can make suggestions about the murder by naming a suspect, a weapon, and a room. The player to their left then shows them one of their cards that match the suggestion, if they have any.
Players can use the process of elimination to cross off the possibilities and eventually make a final accusation of who they think the murderer is, in which room, and with which weapon. If their accusation is correct, they win the game, but if it's incorrect, they are out of the game and cannot win. Cluedo has been enjoyed by players of all ages since it was first released in 1949 and has been adapted into various formats, including video games, books, and movies.

The winner of Cluedo is the first player to identify in one accusation: the murderer, the weapon used, and the room in which the crime was committed. This information is given on the cards placed in the Murder envelope and remains a mystery until a player makes a correct accusation.
Perparation: Set up the game board and place all the playing pieces on their designated spaces. Each player chooses a token to represent them during the game. Shuffle the suspect, weapon, and room cards and place them face-down on their designated spaces. Take one card from each category and place them into the secret envelope. This will be the solution to the murder mystery.
Shuffle the remaining cards and deal them out to each player. Each player should have roughly the same number of cards, but some players may have one more or one less card than others. The player who has the green token goes first, followed by the player to their left, and so on.
Game Play: On your turn, roll the dice and move your token the number of spaces shown on the dice. You can move your token horizontally or vertically, but not diagonally. Enter the room that you land on and make a suggestion by stating a suspect, weapon, and room. For example, you might say, "I think Colonel Mustard did it with the revolver in the library."
The player to your left looks at their cards and shows you one card that matches your suggestion, if they have any. If the player to your left does not have any matching cards, play continues to the next player. Keep track of which cards you have seen and cross off the possibilities on your notepad.
If you think you know the solution to the murder mystery, you can make an accusation on your turn by stating a suspect, weapon, and room. For example, you might say, "I accuse Professor Plum of killing Mr. Boddy with the candlestick in the study."
Open the secret envelope to see if your accusation is correct. If it is, you win the game! If not, you are out of the game and cannot win. The game continues until one player correctly accuses the murderer, or until all players have made incorrect accusations and are out of the game.

So if I draw a card saying all players rush to the room of their choice, is it the person with the card’s choice or is it each player’s choice of rooms?

I have a question. Hope you understand me. If I throw the 2 dice and it is a dubbel magnifier it means I can pick up 2 clue cards and ask 2 questions?………. If the clue card said: “All players can move to the room of their choice “. Does it mean, I, the player can play by asking the question of “who, with what and where†if I am in the room of my choice then? …….. And after I asked my question can I throw the dice again because of die first dubbel I had thrown the first time? Hope you can help me. Thanks you.
