The objective of Happy Salmon is to be the initial player to get rid of all your cards by finding matches and completing the corresponding action promptly.
Perparation: Gather a group of 3-8 players and distribute a set of Happy Salmon cards to each player. Shuffle the cards thoroughly.
Players should stand facing each other in a circle or group.
Game Play: Each player should take the top card from their deck and read it silently to themselves. Once ready, players should simultaneously shout out their action card looking for another player with the same card. When a player finds a match, they should perform the action on their card with their partner. For example, if two players find they have the "High 5" card, they should quickly give each other a high-five.
Once a card is used, players should immediately discard it and move on to the next one in their deck. The game continues at a frenzied pace until one player has successfully used up all their cards, and shouts out "Happy Salmon!" to declare their victory.
