If you can cooperatively discard all 98 cards then you'll win against the game. The catch is that you can't tell anyone the cards you have in your hand. When the game is over, count how many cards were not played and still in other player's hands. If less than 10 cards are present - good job, that's pretty good. If all 98 cards were played, congratulations - you beat the game.
