ABOUT THIS GAME

Game play for Lost Cities is brilliant. Players attempt to lay down cards that match whichever expeditions they choose in sequential order. The catch is once you've laid down a number, you can't lay down a lower number. There are different rewards and penalties for how many cards you lay down per expedition.

This is a game where you have to try it to fully understand the excitement and strategy that exists in Lost Cities. There is, like all games, a level of luck-of-the-draw but there are things you can do to gain an advantage. A fun, simple and easily transportable game. Only downside is only two people can play.

I went into this thinking it wasn't going to be very fun but man was I wrong. The scoring can be a bit tricky the first couple times but once you catch on what you need to do to get the most points the game play is strategic and suspenseful. Would recommend!
