How To Play Ligretto

Ligretto is an exhilarating and straightforward card game that promises fast-paced fun for players of all ages! Simultaneously, all players strive to arrange as many cards as they can of the same color in sequential order from 1 to 10. With speed, keen observation, and lightning-fast reflexes, emerge victorious by being the first to deplete your Ligretto deck! Combine two boxes of different colored basic Ligretto sets to accommodate up to 8 players, or merge the blue, red, and green sets to engage up to 12 participants in the excitement. Experience 20 minutes of adrenaline-fueled gameplay suitable for 2 to 4 players, aged 8 and above.

When a player finds themselves unable to make a move, they have the option to reveal cards from their stack in groups of three, placing them face up with only the top card visible. If the top card meets the necessary requirements, it can be played onto a central pile. The round concludes immediately when a player exhausts their Ligretto stack. Each player tallies 1 point for every card they contributed to the central piles but loses 2 points for each card remaining in their own stack. Depending on the game variant, the player with the highest score may emerge victorious, or players may reshuffle all cards and commence another round, with the first player to reach 99 points declared the winner.
