Beginning with only one die, strive to expand the town by improving and rebuilding established sights, constructing landmark structures, even stealing opportunities wherever these arise-including from a neighbor or two. The final objective? Your aim is to become the Mayor of the biggest city in the region through building a fourth landmark and thus winning the game.
